You are now logged in and you will see the net prices of the products.
We have divided the progress as follows.
Pending: goods are on order with our supplier.
On hold: your order has arrived, but has yet to be processed.
Proccessing: your order is being processed.
Completed: your order has been shipped.
All prices on the web order forms are net prices excluding VAT.
After you have logged in, you can change all your data in my account.
Here you can change your billing address and the delivery address.
Please note that if you enter the wrong information here, it will be incorrectly imported into our database.
Go to My Account.
Then click on Account Information.
Enter your new password here and repeat the renewed password.
During office hours it is possible that the registration is completed within 15 minutes.
This can take longer outside office hours.
We do our utmost to complete all registrations as quickly as possible.
Go to assortment Click in search and enter the article number or name and click on search.
Or click in product category and further on the article you want (both image and text).
You can also filter by type of liquid.
If you wish, we can install the pumps, rollers, etc. on site for a fee.
There are several options for repairs.
Or you send us the device so that we can repair it in our workshop.
If we cannot repair this, we will return the device to the supplier.
If it concerns a guarantee, this is permitted by the supplier and not by Mastra Pumps.
We can also carry out repairs on site for a fee.
